Destination North America (DNA) was founded by travel professionals with over 20 years of experience
in the receptive market, who recognized that many receptive tour operators are more focused on leisure
groups and other mass-market segments but did not have expertise or manpower to give the MICE
market the personalized attention required.
Upscale incentive houses and DMCs on the other hand are more used to deal with the domestic
incentive market, are expensive and do not have experience with the international market. Frequently
they are also focused only on a small geographic area, usually the city they are headquartered in.
Destination North America (DNA) is bridging this gap, offering you the best of both worlds: Five Star
